It is said that your genes can influence who you are… In my case, this is absolutely true!

I come from a long line of bakers and cake makers. As far back as my great-great-grandmother and most likely, even further back. The women in my family’s past were skilled bakers, so it’s in my blood! 

From a very young age I spent time baking in the kitchen with my mum. I loved experimenting and tasting new flavours. 

I began making cupcakes for family and friends and people started to notice my skills and by the age of fourteen, I had set up my own small business baking cakes and cupcakes – Jazz’d Up Cupcakes (established in 2014)!

I began my studies with a scholarship at Le Cordon Bleu pastry school and completed my studies at TAFE, along with an apprenticeship and became a qualified Pastry Chef and Baker in 2020.

Over the years I have gained many skills and found where my real passion lies. 

My love for baking and the satisfaction that I get from people enjoying my food has led me to create new and exciting products! Plus, I’ve been working on recipes that are suitable for all customers including recipes that are vegan and gluten free.

So, let me introduce to you and your tastebuds, “Jazz Up Cupcakes”. A name that is designed to bring all my passions, loves and personality, together as one.
